The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has levied a significant fine against Grandstand Casino, located in Toronto, for serious allegations of dealer collusion and cheating during gameplay.
This CA$80,000 penalty was enforced after the AGCO determined that the casino neglected to address or investigate available evidence that could have thwarted the cheating scheme.
Following an investigation led by the Ontario Provincial Police Investigation and Enforcement Bureau, charges have been filed against five individuals.
